LUSAS is a program developer with analysis and practical experience in LNG storage tanks, and develops and provides programs tailored to the needs of customers.

LPI (LUSAS Programmable Interface)

LUSAS uses a programming interface that uses languages ​​such as Visual Basic, Java Script, and Python, so the entire process of using LUSAS to create a model, extract the results, and create an image, text, word, or Excel report is possible. It can be implemented as a program.

Utilization of developed programs

1. Construction company/designer

It is developed as an additional function to be used with LUSAS, and can be used by adding a customized menu to LUSAS.

2. Program developer

As a structural analysis program, you can develop and sell a program that utilizes LUSAS’ Pre/Post Processor and Solver.

    Since LUSAS can be controlled using the MFC interface, an independent program that utilizes LUSAS as if it were a single module can be developed and sold.

POSCO E&C conducts research on various parameters by automating the modeling and result extraction processes required for cross-sectional optimization of LNG storage tanks.

The resulting output extracted from the LUSAS LNG System is converted into an output in the format required by POSCO E&C, linking it with the company’s own design review process.

1. Automatic modeling of Membrane Tanks for KOGAS

By adding a menu for KOGAS to the LUSAS menu, we have automated the structural analysis modeling process related to LNG membrane tanks.
